I've been following them on Facebook, and also spoke with someone who seemed to be working with the construction crew last week. If all goes according to plan, their "grand opening" is October 15th. And Rocco's Tacos, on Facebook, invited the general public to join them at the V.I.P. party (at Reef Road) that night. Lots of responses (RSVPs) to that post.
